Chitral De Mel is the founder and President of the Boston Lanka Media Network based in Boston, Massachusetts. It is a Multi-media Network with a web based TV Channel, twenty four hour Radio Station and an Online Magazine as well as a production house. Chitral is the National Director for a few International beauty pageants for the Sri Lankan franchise. He organized the first ever Sri Lankan Fashion Show in New York for 2017. He plans to have his second show in 2018. He was honored by the Ms. International World Organization as being the "Man of the Year" for 2017/2018.
